COFFI Cohort Summary table
Become a Partner
Researches involved with post-infective cohort studies are welcome to apply to partner with COFFI. Please read the consortium agreement carefully (must be signed upon entry), and complete the COFFI cohort description template.

The completed template and a short accompanying letter should be sent to the data manager of COFFI (Currently Dr Carolina Sandler, PhD, csandler@kirby.unsw.edu.au).
A final decision on new partners is taken by the Steering Committee. The applicants will receive a decision within 3 months following submission of the application.
